Wrong Size Items:
We can not offer refunds on your purchases if your ring (or the item you buy) does not fit you well, please make sure you get the correct size when you purchase as to avoid disappointment.
*Of course if the item is sent with the wrong size by mistake, we will issue a refund in this case.
Refund On Freebies:
From time to time, we offer freebies as requested by our suppliers. On these items, we do not offer refunds.
Third Party Items:
We want to be your one-stop-shop for all masonic items online, which means we sometimes collaborate with third-party stores to bring you their latest collections right in the store.
We do not offer refunds on third-party items ourselves, any issue with your order will have to be discussed with the third party in question.
